Refund Policy

All client accounts are paid in advance. In order to create and set up each client account requires a commitment to our partners (Microsoft Azure) in order to securely host your data and provide you with access to your account, this is also paid for in advance under our partnership. Therefore, we allow a 14-day cooling-off period, however, once beyond this date no refunds are available.
