Purchasing Licenses or Services

The information required for purchasing a license may vary based on several factors, including whether we’re acting as your account administrator or working with one of our resellers, or if the account is managed in-house. We will provide only the relevant information needed for account access.

We collaborate with resellers to ensure that any data shared with them is adequately protected and adheres to our privacy and data security standards. We will securely store the following data:

• Names of Students

• User IDs

• Location

• Department

• Contact details (email address, phone number, and address of account administrators)

In some cases, an account administrator (employer) may also request:

• User ID (e.g., payroll ID, employee number)

• Date of Birth

• Job Title

 

Account Communication

It's crucial for us to contact you via email, phone, or mail using the details provided during your account activation. This may relate to:

• Forgotten login details

• Profile updates

• Resetting login credentials

• Activating new courses or services

 

Future Marketing

We will contact you with offers, promotions, or product details under the following conditions:

• You have an active account with us.

• You previously had an active account that may now be dormant, awaiting renewal instructions.

Digitally Collected Information

Your Rights Regarding Your Data

You have the right to access your personal data held by us at any time. To request this, please email accounts@elearningate.com. We are required to provide the requested information within 30 days.

Please specify if you are looking for particular data. We will process your data only as long as necessary, after which it will be securely deleted.

For any concerns about data processing or corrections needed, please contact accounts@elearningate.com. Inactive accounts will be removed from our servers, and all associated data will be purged. Each account administrator is responsible for exporting relevant training records before the expiration date or when an account is closed before its expiry date (e.g., early cancellation). Regularly exporting records as a backup is advisable. Key Compliancy will retain data for only 7 days after account closure, including expired or cancelled accounts with no activity.
